If you flew out of Newark Liberty International Airport last year, there was a one-in-four chance your plane left late. The on-time percentage for arrivals was even worse, with one in three flights landing late. For the second time in three years, Newark ranked dead last among the nation's busiest airports in terms of on-time arrivals, according to statistics released by the U.S. Department of Transportation yesterday. The airport ranked third from the bottom in terms of on-time departures.
